The Ulti-Mate® eaves protectors underlay support tray is a UV stable application to prevent the exposure of the roofing underlay at the eaves, which isn’t UV stable so long term will degrade and cause risk of water ingress into the roof structure.

Our eaves protectors are UV resistant and prevent water infiltration. They create a waterproof barrier along the roof’s edge, and direct water away from vulnerable roof components. They effectively guide rainwater into gutters. Therefore, reducing the risk of water ingress at the roof’s edge. They also protect the lower edge of the roofing felt from water damage, reducing maintenance at the eaves level. Another advantage is that they prevent ponding behind the back of the fascia board, thus avoiding the need to install tilting fillets. They also have important pest prevention benefits, they create a barrier that helps prevent insects, birds, and small animals from entering the loft space. Moreover, they create an air path under the roofing material, helping to maintain proper loft ventilation and reduce condensation buildup. They also help protect when melting snow refreezes at the roof’s edge, potentially damaging the gutters. Our product is available in Black and 1.5m lengths. They are designed for easy installation, with a simple fixing method. They provide a straight, level starting point for the first row of tiles, ensuring a professional finish.

Fascia vents are available in either 10mm or 25mm, providing effective ventilation for fixing over the fascia boards.

Eaves Comb (Bird Comb) is used to prevent birds and vermin from entering the batten cavity when profiled roofing coverings are installed.

Our roll out rafter tray prevents loft insulation from being pushed up to the underside of the roofing underlay and will maintain a clear ventilation path into the roof void from the eaves to allow conforming the BS5250 (Control of Condensation).
