Steel and aluminium jointers, or couplers as they’re sometimes called, are components used to fit two or more separate frames together. They can be fitted either vertically or horizontally and are mainly used to resolve problems caused by size limitations. For example, if you’re working on a particularly large window project, it may be too big to transport it as a single frame. Separating it into smaller frames and then connecting them on the work site would be a sensible solution.
