Our doors have been certified to meet the rigorous safety standards of British Standards Kitemark BS EN 12608-1 and PAS 24. This is due to the high-performance safety features on our doors, such as duplex five-hook locking systems, Yale or Winkhaus locks, and hinge protectors.

The classifications for operational strength in accordance with BS 6375 standards are as follows:

Operating Forces: Class 2

Vertical Load: Class 2

Resistance to Static Torsion: Class 2

Soft and Heavy Body Impact: Class 2

Hard Body Impact: Class 2

Closure Against Obstruction: Pass

Resistance to Opening & Closing: Class 4/2

Our doors are available with low thresholds that are compliant with Part M. Because of this, our PVCu doors will be suitable for projects that cater to those with limited mobility or at sites where the door is expected to be used frequently, such as in schools.

To support various sizes and preferences, our VEKA PVCu doors are available with various glazing beads. Available in both bevelled and sculptured options, our glazing beads come in different sizes that range from 24mm to 44mm.

Our PVCu doors come with various ancillaries to enhance their performance and appearance, including extensions, cills, and weathering trims. Additionally, they are also available with a wide range of coupling, bay poles, and decorative glazing options.
