Sizes
We can accommodate multiple sizes of our aluminium louvres with the use of the AL 05 brace mullion and the AL 08 structural box mullion. The system is flexible and can be customised for different-sized ventilation openings.
Louvres
At APS Group, we have a range of architectural aluminium products, including our Glazed In Fixed Louvres. These are designed for natural ventilation systems and can be adjusted for a variety of sizes.
We maintain a stock of our aluminium Louvres at our Lisburn facility. Orders can either be collected at our trade counter or delivered straight to your project site by our fleet of vehicles and drivers.

We decided to stock these louvres in response to growing public and industry demand. Our Glaze In Fixed Louvres AL37 system is built to be robust and easy to install, providing a helpful and convenient system for installers.
AL37 Louvres can be integrated into several other APS Group architectural systems. They can be fitted into our curtain walling, window and door systems. They can also be adjusted to fit other openings and installed in brickwork, blockwork, concrete and steelwork with fixing lugs.

Materials
Our Louvres are made with premium quality extruded aluminium, an exceptionally strong but comparatively lightweight metal. This helps to ensure that our Louvres are incredibly resilient; they’ll withstand severe weather conditions for a prolonged period and accidental damage is unlikely. They are too strong for vermin to break through so will help homes remain pest-free, as well as being slanted to prevent rain from getting in.

Environmentally Friendly Ventilation Louvres
At APS Group, we understand the importance of working in the most environmentally friendly manner possible. We are accredited with ISO14001 and operate an environmental management system to reduce our impact on the natural world.
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we use recycled aluminium billet to construct our ventilation products. Aluminium is one of the most abundant natural metals on the planet and is comparatively easy to recycle, so is a perfect choice for the green-minded customer. We recycle all production waste as standard and these metal louvres have a life expectancy of fifty years.
