Commercial Doors

ACD commercial doors and AFG flush glazing are fitted with single or double glazing as standard. The commercial door includes snap-in type glazing beads that suit 4mm to 28mm, and internal, sealed wedge gaskets. Our ACD & AFG systems are perfect for ground floor treatment in buildings in commercial, health, education settings.

APS Group commercial doors are polyester powder coated finish to BS6496 thickness of 60 microns. This ensures a long-lasting, fade-resistant colour. Your customers can choose from over 400 RAL or British Standard colours for their new aluminium doors. AFG Flush Glaze and ACD Commercial Door Systems are stocked ‘on the shelf’ in our Lisburn warehouse in Standard White RAL 9910 Hipca Satin Finish

APS Architectural Systems are offered with a variety of hardware and ironmongery options. These include concealed transom closers, surface mounted closers, adjustable hinges, push panic bars and external access devices, locks including euro and round cylinders, flush bolts, letter plates and a range of door handles. Hardware orders are made simultaneously with profile orders, ensuring that the fabricator receives all necessary components to create high-quality windows and doors. Our hardware is chosen from specialized manufacturers who have conducted independent tests to meet relevant security standards.

We make our commercial doors with extruded aluminium alloy 6063 T6 and T5 to BS EN 12020-2:2001/BS7559:2001. AFG Flush Glazing, ACD Commercial Door & ABB Box and Bead systems are assembled with square cut profiles. AFG system is screw assembled using screws & joint sealer. The ACD system is assembled using door brackets, tie rods, screws & joint sealer. Glass is wedged in position with non-shrink TPR colour coded gaskets.
